Location for what we had planned to visit. Ease of checking in/out. Staff very pleasant.

The pool area not enough seating if many people swimming. No Where to sit outside hotel and enjoy weather and relax. Restaurant service was very poor. Although server was very nice and apologizing the entire time we were there. The service was slow, there was not a lot of people in the restaurant to warrant the slow service or have to listen to the server/bartender yell to the people in the kitchen where her food was the entire time we ate dinner.

Beautifully maintained room for a family event, had a real good stay. There were a microwave and a refrigerator in the room too. The breakfasts were wonderful and the service was excellent.

Appreciated this perfect hotel with fast staff in basic customer service. The location of the property was particularly good, directly next to the external conference center. Besides, it was 3 miles away from Bloomingdale Golf Club.

Old and outdated facilities!!! The absence of housekeeping services left a lot to be desired. Inconsistent water temperature in showers can lead to discomfort. We also encountered non-working ice machines !!!

Super clean room, loved the free parking. Front desk area gets congested, though.

I appreciated the clean and tidy bathrooms, well maintained. The hotel's location was convenient, and I found it accessible for seniors.

Customer service varied. The evening staff were really good while the morning team lacked engagement. The complementary shuttle service was a great convenience, especially for our wedding event. Enjoyed the awesome breakfast, particularly the made-to-order omelets that suited our large group perfectly. The mattress firmness could be improved for better comfort and support, and the breakfast area could feel cramped during peak times.

Amazing place with free parking, a fitness center, and express check-out. On my first stay, the staff helped me with great travel tips. I'm coming back for a city break!

Cleanliness was great! The free parking made it easy to pop out for breakfast at Cilantros nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had made-to-order omelets that hit the spot 😋👏

I appreciated the clean environment and the memory foam mattress that surprisingly grew on me after a night's sleep. Although the water pressure could use improvement, the staff's attentiveness during a busy evening was great.
